Concrete Knoxville FAQ.

We pulled together the questions homeowners, facility managers, and contractors ask us most often. Need more detail? Reach out anytime.

How long before I can drive on a new slab?

Light foot traffic is fine after 24 hours, but give driveways 7 days before parking and 28 days before heavy equipment. We will post the timeline onsite so everyone stays on the same page.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. If your jurisdiction requires a permit, we pull it, schedule inspections, and provide the documentation you need for HOA or commercial compliance.

What mix do you use?

We partner with reputable Knoxville batch plants and spec mixes tailored to use case-from 4,000 PSI driveways to fiber-reinforced commercial pours.

Do you pour year-round?

We pour in every season, adjusting pour times, additives, and curing blankets for heat or cold snaps. If the weather makes a pour risky, we reschedule before it costs you money.

What areas do you serve?

Knoxville is home base, but we routinely work in Maryville, Oak Ridge, Farragut, Powell, Sevierville, and nearby lake communities.

How far out are you booking?

Most residential pours schedule within two to three weeks. Commercial or stamped projects may take a bit longer, especially during peak season.

Do you provide written estimates?

Yes. Every estimate includes scope breakdown, inclusions/exclusions, schedule, and payment milestones.

What permits are required?

Driveway and sidewalk permits vary by jurisdiction. We handle applications and inspections and include permit fees in your proposal.

What is your warranty?

We include a five-year workmanship warranty covering spalling, scaling, and settling caused by installation issues. Natural cracking and de-icer damage are excluded but we help you prevent them.

How do you price concrete work?

Pricing is based on access, demo requirements, thickness, reinforcement, and finish. We outline each factor so you can see where the cost comes from.
